we Believe - Discover the
basic truths of our faith
and how they connect with
our daily living.

Celebration of the Christian
Mystery: Sacraments - Appreciate
the richness of the Mass
and see the sacraments as
doors to the sacred.

Three:
Life in Christ: Walking
with God - Explore the Ten
Commandments and the Beatitudes
as sources for moral wisdom
and as blueprints for living
the Christian life.
- Year
Four: Christian
Prayer: Deepening My Experience
of God - Experience different
forms of prayer as ways
to grow more deeply in our
relationship with God.

parishes will again host Why
Catholic? groups. Why Catholic?
groups focus on the essentials
of the Catholic Faith as expressed
in The Catholic Catechism.

Sign up sheets are in the
narthex of the church. Optional
& available are 2nd edition
of The Catholic Catechism
at $6.00, $14.00 and $21.00
and New American Bibles at
$11.00. The groups also include
discussion & sharing on how
we can live out those beliefs
in daily life. This 6 week
session uses chapters 7-12
of the book The Profession
of Faith, What We Believe.
Persons who participated in
the first session may use
the same book & join their
same group or choose another
group and time.
Persons new to the experience
may choose their group & time.
Why Catholic Books are $10.00.
The 75-90 min groups will
be on:

4 at Holy Spirit includes
a religious education parents
group.
- Monday evenings (7:00
– 8:30 PM) beginning FEB
5 at Holy Spirit includes
a young adult group.
